1. ORIGIN PARDS fan clutch is manufactured and assembled according to the parameters of OEM products (original parts). Top-notch ones are selected for assembly of important parts such as bearings, oil seals and silicone oil.
2. Silicone oil expands and contracts when heated. After high temperature expansion, the power transfer coefficient is high in the coupler, and the fan turns fast. At low temperature, the transmission coefficient is low, and the fan turns slowly.
3. After the mold is used, the mold is reopened after a certain number of times, so as to keep the appearance of the product bright and clean.
4. The shell is of high strength die casting, and the product performance is quite stable.
5. After assembly, work simulation is needed. Only qualified products can be released.
