1. The flywheel of ORIGIN PARDS produced depending on the drawing of original factory to ensure the mounting position, induction hole, ignition position correctly due to we use high-precision CNC machine.
2. HT250 is the brand of gray iron , It can be used for pump shell, container, tower, flange, packing box body and cap, carbonization tower, nitration tower, etc. which require high strength and certain corrosion resistance. It can also be used for machine tool bed, column, cylinder, gear and parts that need surface hardening. Because of its small thermal deformation, it is often used in high temperature situations.
3. The flywheel is stable in operation because using high - precision infrared equipment testing and dynamic balance debugging.
4. Using special anti-rust coating it is no easy to rust in transportation and storage.
5. Compared with the partial heating, the whole heating is more stable and flywheel ring is not easy to loose due to the gear ring is installed by the whole heating and then embedded in the flywheel cooling to tighten.
